These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Gloé mobile application (“Application”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.
Gloé provides AI-powered beauty transformation previews based on photos you voluntarily upload. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
All intellectual property related to Gloé remains the exclusive property of Gloé. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use that image. Photos are processed to generate transformations as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain full ownership of your photos. We do not claim ownership over your content.
Photos uploaded to Gloé are stored temporarily on secure servers for processing purposes and are automatically deleted shortly after. Users may also delete all stored data at any time from the app settings.
The Application relies on trusted third-party services for payments, analytics, crash reporting, and AI processing infrastructure.
Some features of Gloé require an active internet connection. We are not responsible for issues caused by lack of connectivity or data limits.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Jailbreaking or rooting may compromise the Application.
Gloé is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Gloé shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Application.
We may update or discontinue the Application at any time.
Continued use of Gloé after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
